Read about this site from Digital Life, and i also happen to know that it’s a local(singapore) innovation from it’s blog.
It is almost as fun as playing a game with it’s comics program. The best deal is that it’s FREE and the possibilities you can play with it is endless.
Creating comics will never be difficult again, and its a good thing! Maybe i will try my hands on comiqs someday.

Hi,
I write from ToonDoo, (http://www.toondoo.com), a very similar website that does with helps create with clipart, what Comiqs does with images.
Do give it a spin, and let us know what you think!
Thanks.
Rajendran.

Anyway look forward to you participating on our site, and if you have any suggestions to help us improve, do let us know. And please spread the word to your friends haha…

You might also want to try toonlet as well. Rather than focus on photos or clip art, toonlet puts the focus on character creation, and features a powerful avatar tool so you can make characters that look authentically hand-drawn.
From there, it’s easy to build out a library of moods for your characters to use in their comic strips.
Swing on by and check out the site, or take the toonlet tour:

Let us know what you think!
Thanks!
