Just 39 inches tall and 26 inches wide, this little car is actually modified from a Toy car.
THIS is not a wind up — a car lover has made the world’s tiniest motor from a POSTMAN PAT children’s ride.
Perry Watkins has previously entered the record books three times for having the world’s lowest car — or Flatmobile as he calls it.
But now he has turned his mechanical talents to making what he claims is the world’s SMALLEST car.

And amazingly it was the popular children’s television character that inspired his fully street legal creation.
The 47-year-old said: “I searched on eBay for something suitable, and found a Postman Pat coin-in-the-slot children’s ride from a vendor in Scotland.
“It was in non-operative order, but for what I had in mind, this was of no consequence as I only wanted the bare fibreglass body from the ride.
“This meant the unceremonious removal of Pat and his black-and-white cat Jess, the money box and sundry other bits and bobs.”
He reinforced the shell with a steel frame and mounted the body on a powerful mini quad bike.
He added mirrors, windscreen wipers and washers, lights and indicators — and even faux racing exhaust pipes — over a seven-month period.
It was then just a matter of adding a large fake key at the back in order to give it the tongue-in-cheek name — The Wind-Up.
It runs on a nippy 150cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine, but at 39ins high and 26ins wide, six foot Perry has to perform a feat of contortionism to actually get into the vehicle.
But once in he can happily — and legally — zip along the highway along with all the normal traffic.
By day, the Bucks-based car fan is a sales director for shoe specialist Timpsons — and even drives a swanky Jaguar company car.

Damn cool!
I think with such cars, there won’t be traffic jams anymore in this world.
But there will be a spike in the number of backaches after a ride in this!
