Looks like there’s a really strong interest in this subject and this made me look for some more fabulous, funny but weird anime translations!

Some of them are just plain weird, (O_O) some are obviously screwed up, but a lot are right. (I.e the first one is Hayate no Gotoku, and it’s a running joke he has to work all the time because his family is poor. So that’s an accurate translation. XD)

Hilarious! But the screenshots from Hayate are correct. Even that tsundere one. As far as I remember, it should be a pun on the similarity between words tsundere and tundra (tsundora).

The “Hey girl, are you okay?” one is correct, since it’s Excel Saga and the violence is part of a joke.

Yeah, a lot of these are just funny lines, lines taken out of context, or fakesubs (i.e. the CLANNAD ones), but some are really lolwtf and all are quite funny.

The Great Teacher Onizuka one is entirely as it happens. It’s just a hilarious scene where a student actually lays a trap and the snake bites his dick. As a teacher myself, I LOVED that series.

The one from Valkyria Chronicles is not only correct, I don’t get why that one is even posted. It’s worded a little strange, but I’m fairly certain that’s how the original script read.
