This is just a short excerpt from their website:
The flotation platform on which the Suite is built on, is modular and can be shipped via standard shipping containers to the required location Worldwide. The Personalised Water Suites can then be fully assembled in the country where the suites are to be deployed, thus saving in expensive freight charges normally associated with shipping yachts. However, fully built Units can be shipped worldwide if this is the preferred option.
Our Personalised Water Suites™ are built on a 30 tonne custom designed commercial marine, steel flotation systems, whose origins lie in the military. The “Deckhouse” is a solid timber and steel structure designed in its own right to resist cyclone winds. All materials are the best of their kind and best efforts to ensure they are from sustainable sources.
The suites also feature low-energy LED lights and appliances, some capable of producing its own energy requirements. It also has a waste water filtration system that uses bio-material and black waste incineration, ensuring minimal disturbances to the environment that surrounds the suite.

The Nautilus 55′ is an innovative concept in luxury waterfront living. Having spent almost two years researching, designing and redefining the Nautilus 55, the creation of a unique Personalised Water SuiteTM (PWS) provides 5 star resort type accommodation without the premiums attached to landed-waterfront properties.

That’s such an amazing concept. I think it’d only work if it floats on still waters tho.
