Bird’s Nest, which the the Beijing National Stadium, is known for it’s architecture, as well as laborers’ deaths.

While it was claimed that there were 10 deaths, Beijing officials have stated there were 2 deaths in the construction of the stadium, with 1 serious injury and 3 light injuries.

7:05PM - Match Preview
Today we have this rather important match against China, which will either secure a gold or silver medal for us. I used “rather” because i felt that the most important match has already gone past, which was the semi-final match against South Korea. Which we emerged the victor.
For an extra bit of news, across the Causeway, we see Malaysia who will have a medal match too against China, in another sports badminton, Lin Dan from China VS Chong Wei from Malaysia. I wish good luck to our neighbour across the causeway.
Today match up, we see Li Jiawei, Wang Yuegu and Feng Tianwei from Singapore up against Zhang Yining, Guo Yue and Wang Nan from China.
